Spyglass Hill is a contemporary beach house just steps from Kommetjie’s Long Beach, offering uninterrupted ocean views and a relaxed seaside feel.

The upper level features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area almost entirely wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, opening onto a full-length deck with sweeping views of the ocean, surf breaks and Chapman’s Peak. The main bedroom is also on this level, enjoying the same views, with an en-suite bathroom overlooking a fynbos greenbelt.

Downstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a TV lounge with two single sofa beds. Large sliding doors open onto a deck with a private swimming pool, and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout the house.

The home is a one-minute walk to the beach, thoughtfully finished, and perfectly suited to families, surfers, or anyone looking for a stylish, laid-back coastal escape in Kommetjie.
