From here, step onto the covered patio with gas braai and unwind beside the sparkling saltwater pool with safety net. Meanwhile, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces create the perfect balance between relaxation and socialising.

The Space

Cape Sugarbird Villa offers five bedrooms and suits up to 6 adults and 3 children. Alternatively, it suits smaller groups seeking generous space and luxury.

The villa features two master suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. One master suite sits downstairs, while the other sits upstairs in a separate wing for added privacy.

A double bedroom sits downstairs for easy access. A bunk bedroom suits children and shares a bathroom with a smaller single room. The single room can accommodate a camp cot, which we can arrange on request.

The villa offers two entertainment areas, indoors and outdoors, for relaxed gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate scullery and opens onto an eight-seater dining area, ideal for hosting family and friends.

Other Things to Note

High-speed WiFi and two dedicated work-from-home spaces are available. The villa includes a washer and dishwasher for convenience. You can arrange weekly cleaning at an additional cost.

Outdoor parking accommodates two cars, while a third space is available within a one-minute walk. Sian, an experienced Superhost, is on hand to assist with anything you need.

While Uber services operate in the area, they can be limited during peak hours. Therefore, we recommend renting a car. Grocery delivery services are available, and supermarkets are just five minutes away.

The villa sits perfectly for outdoor adventures. Noordhoek Beach is nearby, while the False Bay coastline, tidal pools, and beaches are just a ten-minute drive away.
